Four Dragons Tavern

Hidden deep in the darkest part of town stood a small tavern with "Four Dragons" written on a plaque hanging above the entrance, it didn't look like much on the outside but it looked even worse inside... This place was a popular place to find mercenaries so it was alway erupting in fights and gunshots. Every night people in cloaks would wander there cautiously is search of these "mercs" to aid them in some quest... The contracts handed out could be anything, it could be a simple escort job or a high-paying assassination gig but one thing was certain... no matter the job, you could always fine someone here that would be willing to do it... if the price was right.

Leroy sat there at the bar swirling his half-full glass of whiskey, his dark eyes scanned the room looking for nothing in particular

"Man, another dull night... it's what, 1am and still no clients?" he said to himself

Leroy wore standard "merc" clothing; black shirt, black pants and his standard black trench-coat. On his back however was his only weapon; a sword called Ragnarok

Leroy finished his glass and ordered another, he wasn't interested in much, he looked down the bar and noticed there was a newcomer here... He knew everyone who came here but she looked out of place

"She looks like trouble" came a voice from behind him

"Quiet, or would you like to explain how my sword is talking to me to a hundred bottomfeeders?" Leroy said under his breath... There was silence

"Thats what I thought"

Ordering a drink, but as she was only 16 the bar attender denied her request, disappointed she then made her way down to the back at a table that seemed to be hidden from the front door, this was a little annoying they would all think she was a client, Narda really did not have any money that she could play them, Nor did she really have a Job that she could give them.

"Well this is fantastic" she muttered under her breath. her head came up as she looked over to one of the mercenaries, he was sitting alone but just a minuet ago some one was talking to him, her hearing was rather well and she kinda picked up some of what was said. Getting up she walked over to him with a smile.

"where did your friend go?? I heard him talking not that long ago?" She smiled at him as she then looked at his sword.

"Oh thats looked awesome can I hold it?"

Leroy looked at the girl, he could tell she was underage yet she seemed to hold great power... Her first question fell on deaf ears as he raised his hand to order another drink. It took him a while to respond

"Sorry, but no..."

He pulled the sword off his back and placed it in front of him

"Here"

Leroy handed her what was left of his scotch

Leroy looked at the girl, his dark amethyst eyes shone with a deep inner glow... This girl was something, she was able to sense the darkness inside him

"This bar is full of low-lives, maybe you should run along home little girl"

Narda looked to the front wall, standing up she grabbed her chair as she then picked it up, throwing it over to the wall, as she did people parted to the side, they started to yell at her in anger. Narda payed no attention to them as she then jumped over the table to the side that Leroy was "Hi..." she said as she smirked at him, just then a powerful beam of energy came threw the wall in the middle of the lane that she had cleared. The crowd when silent and then turned to where the beam came from.

A Large demon stood there over 7"5' high and 3"4' wide, His red glowing eyes looked around the room black rock like skin that no weapon could brack, the demon sniffed he then grinned, looks like he was going to be able to feed good tonight

Narda looked at the large creature "well this place just got a lot uglier" she said with an unhappy tone, this was not the first time she had seen this demon.

Leroy sat there looking at the demon and shrugged

"Guess tonight is my lucky night"

He stood up, picked up his sword and walked in between the girl and the demon

"You better run off home little girl, things just might get uglier than then already are"

Narda Looking at the demon as she then stepped back a little, Like she had a home to go to. And she was not going to miss out on the fun.

The demon started to walk forward, grabbing one of the people in the bar as he touched the man he drained his life force.

Leroy raised his sword and took a stance... before anyone could blink he had already moved behind the demon, slashing at it's hideous body numerous times before severing it's arm from the shoulder... This is why Leroy was called the Black Lightning

the crowd backed away from The demon, Leroy's sword cut off the demon's arm, the demon swung his other arm and tied to hit Leroy, rather annoyed at him. The demon's severed arm grow into another demon, now there was two of them

Narda was almost being crushed by the people that where trying to get away from the demon, jumping on one if the tables she looked at the demon. there was two, that was not a smart move at all

Opening its mouth it spat out some green liquid it burned trough the table, letting out a loud raw it them moved towards some of the crowd

"Well I tried"

Leroy picked up his cloak and walked over to the hole in the wall

"You can take care of this right?"

Before she could answer he was gone

Narda pulled a face at the ass that just left her with the large red demon, she was a little annoyed at him, there was no way she could kill this guy, she was not allowed to. Well she could run around a little to keep it busy. but really she was to tied for that.

"Oh screw this..." Narda said as she then looked at the demon, closing her eyes she then chanted something as she tellaported it to the deepest depths of the sea where it could not harm anything,it would most probably die down there. with that done Narda ran after the ass that left her alone with the creature

"Hay jurk!"Narda had a strange feeling that she may not catch up with him, not knowing here he had gone or even if he was still around
